General Announcement

Winter TTCT Administration

As part of our Second Grade Universal Screening process, all elementary schools will administer the Torrance Test of Creative Thinking (TTCT) this December. The TTCT is a widely recognized tool used to measure creativity, originality, and flexibility in thinking. It is one component of multiple measures for highly capable designation. The TTCT will be administered during the school day by school staff prior to Winter Break. This test is appropriate for a broad age range of students, and is especially valuable in identifying gifted behaviors in students from diverse and traditionally underrepresented backgrounds.
